Counseling Services Staff
Luci MacNamara, Psy.D. (She/Her)
Dr. MacNamara is a licensed clinical psychologist and the Director of Â鶹AV's Counseling Services. Luci's areas of professional interest focus on immigration and acculturalization, the unique challenges of first-generation college students, supporting marginalized communities, and developing and supporting campus suicide prevention strategies. Luci grew up in Argentina and Miami, FL, and has been living in the Philadelphia area for over 12 years.
Keisha Kelley, LCSW (She/Her)
Keisha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a full-time Counselor at BMC. She’s a Philadelphia Native, with appreciation and love for her city! She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Kutztown University of PA and continued with a Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University in New York, NY. With over 15 years of counseling experience, Keisha has worked with adolescents, individuals, families, and veterans, and developed a passion for college students. She works from a strengths-based perspective and trauma-informed care. She has a professional interest in housing insecurity and supporting marginalized communities. She values family, community, and sisterhood, and is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. She has a personal interest in travel, exploration, music concerts, and dance.
Tiffany Joy Hebron, LPC, ACS, ADHD-CCSP (She/Her)
Tiffany is a Bryn Mawr alum (class of 2008). She is a licensed professional counselor (LPC), ADHD-CCSP (ADHD- Certified Clinical Services Provider) and a full-time counselor at BMC. Tiffany earned her post-baccalaureate in Neuroscience and Psychology from Columbia University and her Master's in Mental Health Counseling at Adelphi University. She brings 13 years of experience and expertise in working with women's issues, phase of life transitions and ADHD. Tiffany has also spent many years working with high-risk adolescents and members of the LGBTQIA+ community in various mental health treatment settings. Tiffany grew up on Long Island, New York and has been living in the Philadelphia area off and on for over 15 years.
Alandra Russ, LPC (She/Her)
Alandra is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and full-time counselor at BMC. Alandra’s areas of professional interest focus on OCD, trauma and stressor related struggles, gender and sexuality work, the challenges of identifying as a student of color, and suicide-risk prevention and support. Alandra identifies as an eclectic therapist and will work to meet you where you are in your therapeutic process. Alandra grew up in the Finger lakes region of NY and has been living in the Philadelphia area for over 6 years.
Amy Blanchard, Ph.D., LMFT (She/Her)
Amy is a licensed family therapist and part-time counselor at BMC. Her areas of professional interest focus on supporting marginalized communities, first generation college students, and those coping with medical issues/diagnoses. Amy has a strong background and experience in integrated care and works from a biopsychosocial model of care. She recently relocated to the area from New England and is enjoying exploring and learning more about all that Philadelphia has to offer.
Tisa Baena, LSW
Tisa is a licensed social worker and part-time counselor at BMC. She is life-long Philadelphian, and NPR enthusiast. She relaxes with friends, books, any outdoor activity, and lots of quality time with her large extended family. Ask her to go on a walk and she'll say yes!
Cecelia Johnson-Dunlap, DO (She/Her)
Dr. Johnson-Dunlap is a part-time psychiatrist at BMC. .She is a native Philadelphian and has done most of her training and practice both in and around Philadelphia and the suburbs. She completed her medical training at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Residency at Thomas Jefferson and Fellowship in Geriatric Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania. Although she loves to travel there's still no place like home. Her love of culture, art and diversity fuel her passion for psychiatry.
