Prior to starting her business, she worked in education policy and earned an MA in public policy. Originally from Chicago, she lives in Delaware with her husband and two college-age sons.

She has encouraged young alumnae/i donor support for the College's mission and alumnae/i engagement at every stage. Catherine aims to bring to the role an informed perspective on the evolution of the College and its students, a strategic lens to both serving and engaging the alumnae/i community, Mawrterly curiosity, and an open mind.

Catherine's extensive volunteer experience with Scouting America has drawn upon her work with Bryn Mawr, particularly in the areas of understanding and meeting the needs of those served, volunteer training and leadership development, and embracing and leading organizational change. It has also made her really good at tying knots. Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Catherine sings, loves to travel, and has recently taken up knitting.

Meg retired in 2019 after a career as a physician certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.  After graduating from Bryn Mawr, she received a MA in cell biology from Temple University and studied in France for two years.  She graduated from Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth in 1984.  She was an attending physician at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center where she was head of the residency program and Montefiore Medical Center where she became chief of pediatric and adult clinics specializing in durable medical equipment for disabled adults and children.  In retirement she has been an advocate for disabled accessibility.  She has also been an enthusiastic choral singer in four different choruses.

She has served as an Alumnae Â鶹AV Representative for Bryn Mawr for both prospective students and students already admitted who are choosing among various colleges; she finds these interviews engrossing and stimulating as well as giving her the chance to enhance their understanding of the College.

She and her husband, Hon. James Fogel endowed the Arthur Krilov Scholarship Fund at Bryn Mawr in 2020.

Nick is a licensed psychotherapist in Pennsylvania, and a proud graduate of Bryn Mawr's Â鶹AV School of Social Work and Social Research. Since 2022, he has applied his Bryn Mawr education to the mental health field, working across settings as a psychoanalytic social worker in rehabilitation centers, and private practice. Nick's unique integration of his clinical training with his background in creative arts allows him to offer innovative approaches to therapeutic work with individuals, families, and couples.

Nick's practice combines relational psychoanalysis, social work and Trauma-Informed Care, with particular dedication to culturally sensitive services for diverse populations in Philadelphia including the LGBTQ+ community. With his wife Alexandra, he has founded yoga schools in New York and Philadelphia, and led wellness and creative retreats internationally for over twenty years. This interdisciplinary background exemplifies the versatile applications of a Bryn Mawr education, as Nick creates transformative therapeutic environments where clients can safely explore underlying factors influencing their emotional well-being. His ongoing connection to Bryn Mawr's values of academic excellence and social engagement continues to inform his professional commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.
