Biography

Values/Strengths

  • Creativity - From overcoming early academic challenges such as a speech-language development delay and reading comprehension deficiency in childhood, I developed a keen sense of creativity and alternative learning styles. Embracing visual and kinesthetic approaches, I not only excelled academically but also became a first-generation graduate and completed my Master's degree in just 14 months. This creative mindset has been instrumental in my professional journey, enabling me to excel in strategic planning and project management, which was recognized with a feature in a prominent magazine for my pioneering leadership style. Beyond the workplace, creativity is a cornerstone of my life, expressed through hobbies like sketching art, writing poetry, and photography.
  • Humor - I find genuine joy in making others smile and laugh, whether it's through a clever play on words or a well-timed joke. Humor isn't just a part of my personality; it's a tool I use to connect with others and lighten the mood in any situation. One of my quirky traits is my knack for making puns on the spot.
  • Curiosity and Love of Learning - Learning is my jam! Even after finishing my formal studies, I'm always diving into new things. Whether it's geeking out over software platforms and AI tools, or attending conference events just for fun, I'm all about expanding my skills and knowledge. It's not just about work—learning keeps life exciting and feeds my curiosity about the world.
  • Hope - My anchor through both professional and personal challenges. Even when things don't go as planned, I believe there's a reason behind it and that better things are ahead. This outlook has guided me through a journey of self-discovery—reflecting on my past, setting intentions for positive change, chasing my dreams with ambition, expressing my emotions authentically, and evolving into a stronger version of myself.
  • Teamwork - The fuel that ignites collaboration with brilliant minds, driving us towards rewarding results. I thrive as a team player and supporter, empowering my colleagues along the way.

My Job During College: I experienced multiple internships from retail management to human resources, but throughout college I had a part-time job as a retail associate lasting over 5 years. This ensured financial stability going into my adulthood and some transferrable skills once I graduated with my Master’s.

My First Job After College: Based on my undergraduate years, my first job after earning my bachelor’s degree was a full-time position as Human Resources Generalist in the retail company I interned at. Based on continuing my education, my first job after earning my master’s degree was a Recruitment Consultant position at a niche IT recruitment firm.

Things I Enjoy Outside of Work: I’m avid for photography from sports to wildlife. As another hobby of mine, travelling has been an all-time favorite thing to do. Some of my favorite destinations include different cities in Israel and New Orleans. Spending time with family and friends has played a huge part in my time as a work-life balance. I also enjoy attending social activities and events, such as meetups and conferences.

The Causes I am Passionate About: Mental Health Awareness; Neurodiversity, Education; Youth Unemployment, Anti-Discrimination, and Workplace Safety
