Design Your Life Wellness Course
Course catalog Description
Become a designer! This course is a fun and energizing multi-part series to learn ideas, reframe perspectives on how to approach decisions and use Design Your Life tools and practices to move forward intentionally, whether you have a clear career goal or feel unsure of where to begin. The Design Your Life Wellness Course is for anyone who would like to collaborate with a group to
- walk and meditate together,
- learn new ways to think and plan your future,
- have fun testing out tools and practices, and
- let go of the “shoulds” and pressure that comes with trying to make the “perfect” decision.
By applying the Life Design Mindsets of reframing (getting unstuck!), curiosity, bias toward action, mindfulness of process, radical collaboration, and storytelling, you will explore different ways to support your holistic wellness and tackle the “wicked problem” of designing your life. You will practice awareness and empathy, set personal goals, ideate about ways to move forward, try small prototypes, and test assumptions in a supportive group setting.
