This clinical training equips social workers with the knowledge and skills to effectively support parents experiencing dysregulation. By delving into the complexities of parental dysregulation, including its manifestations, underlying causes, and impact on children, social workers will gain a deeper understanding of this challenging issue. The training emphasizes evidence-based strategies and interventions designed to help parents develop healthier emotional regulation skills, ultimately fostering positive outcomes for both parents and their children.
Through interactive discussions, case studies, and practical exercises, participants will learn how to build therapeutic relationships with parents, identify signs of dysregulation, and implement effective interventions tailored to individual needs.
